Transparent Digital Platforms is an international technology company building SaaS, web, and mobile systems for clients and internal projects. We are launching a research and development initiative — the creation of a next-generation web browser built from scratch with a focus on performance, security, and transparency.
We are looking for a low-level systems engineer who understands browser architecture, operating systems, and rendering engines, and wants to design one from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the core architecture of a new browser engine
- Build modules for networking, rendering, tab management, memory allocation, and sandboxing
- Integrate JavaScript engines (V8, SpiderMonkey, or Wasmtime)
- Implement multi-process architecture and IPC
- Optimize rendering, DOM parsing, and JavaScript execution
- Ensure security and safe memory operations
- Collaborate with front-end developers on the UI layer
- Contribute to architectural documentation and long-term roadmap
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in C++ or Rust (low-level systems programming)
- Deep understanding of browser internals, network stack, and OS-level APIs
- Experience with rendering engines (Blink, WebKit, Gecko, or Servo)
- Familiarity with WebAssembly, multi-threading, and GPU acceleration
- Strong knowledge of memory management and concurrency
- Experience with compilers, parsers, or virtual machines is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills
- Passion for performance, security, and clean code
We Offer:
- Work on one of the most technically advanced projects on the market
- International senior-level engineering team
- Remote or hybrid format from a Silicon Valley incubator
- Freedom to define architecture and technology stack
- Competitive salary and equity options
- Opportunity to build a new-generation browser engine with global impact
