Customer Support Specialist (Polish Language)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Polish language) who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates clearly and professionally, and feels confident handling complex or technical topics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Polish and English via email and chat;
  • Deliver accurate, structured, and high-quality written responses;
  • Assist users with questions about online platforms and services;
  • Investigate user issues, document findings, and escalate complex cases;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through empathy, clarity, and efficiency;
  • Contribute to improving internal help materials and support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish (C1+) and English (B2+);
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail;
  • Understanding of how the internet and web technologies work;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about technical systems;
  • Responsibility, discipline, and ability to work independently;
  • Genuine desire to help people and improve their experience.
