Customer Support Specialist (Russian / Ukrainian Language)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Russian / Ukrainian language) who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and is ready to handle technical questions with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Russian and Ukrainian via email and chat;
  • Deliver clear, structured, and high-quality written responses;
  • Assist users with questions about online platforms and administrative services;
  • Identify and report technical issues, escalating when needed;
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented tone in every conversation;
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Russian and Ukrainian (C1+);
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail;
  • Understanding of how online systems and web technologies work;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technical tools;
  • Empathy, responsibility, and ability to work independently;
  • English proficiency (B1+) will be an advantage.
