Executive Producer (Creative & Production Management)

Transparent Digital Platforms is an international technology company that develops SaaS products, web platforms, and media-driven projects. We are expanding into creative production — working on digital campaigns, short films, and social media storytelling for our own products and partners.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer who can lead the entire production process — from idea and casting to shooting, editing, and delivery. This role combines creativity, organization, and leadership in equal measure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for video and digital content
• Manage pre-production, production, and post-production cycles
• Source and select actors, filming locations, and production teams
• Oversee scriptwriting, storyboards, and production planning
• Supervise on-set operations and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaign integration
• Manage production budgets and contracts with suppliers
• Ensure creative quality and consistency across all deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Producer or Executive Producer in film, advertising, or creative industries
• Strong portfolio of video or media projects
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute original ideas
• Understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and digital formats
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Fluency in English (Polish or other European language is a plus)
