Government Relations Manager (France)

You will join a project that helps people book appointments for residence permits, permanent residence, and citizenship applications, improving transparency and access to administrative services in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain official communication with French and EU government authorities on matters related to the legalization of foreign nationals and cooperation with administrative institutions;
- Prepare, coordinate, and present the company’s official position to government bodies and regulatory agencies;
- Represent and lawfully advocate the company’s interests within the framework of applicable legislation;
- Analyze legal and regulatory acts, prepare policy recommendations and proposals for improvement;
- Draft and manage official correspondence, legal letters, and formal requests to government authorities;
- Participate in business meetings, public hearings, and sector-specific conferences;
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in law, political science, or international relations;
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken);
- Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or working with public institutions is an asset;
- Strong writing and analytical skills, ability to prepare high-quality official documentation;
- Knowledge of French administrative and migration law is desirable;
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to present and defend company positions tactfully and diplomatically;
- High level of responsibility, precision, and analytical thinking.
